Phil Chillemi began his real estate career in 2012, quickly becoming one of the leading agents on the Northern Gold Coast.
Working in what was one of the hardest hit markets in Australia during the Global Financial Crisis, McGrath CEO John McGrath commented that Phil’s results were “unprecedented and in his first year of selling real estate full time, he did as well as anyone has in the history of our company”.
After 3 years in a selling role, Phil went into partnership and opened his own office in September 2015.
With a strong passion for developing talented individuals into successful real estate agents, Phil grew the business to more than 20 sales staff within 18 months. In just 3 years of operation, Phil’s team achieved more than $450 million in sales and were ranked 6th in Australia within the national Group of over 400 offices and in the top 1% of all real estate offices in Queensland. The Queensland Group CEO was quoted as saying “This office is the greatest start-up success story I have seen in the real estate industry in Australia”.
2018, Phil bought out the remaining shares in the business to become the sole Director.
In 2022, Phil’s company partnered with Evolve Sales and Management to focus solely on helping his personal clients with their real estate sales and property management goals.
