Phil gave us an extensive comparison of the market in which we were selling. His communication with both us and potential buyers was excellent and encouraging and we were most impressed by his follow up each week to all of us. At opens, he went the extra mile with soothing music and scented candles and presented to buyers a very friendly persona.
