We found Phil Crowder to be a very professional, efficient and amiable salesperson. We invited 3 local agents to view/appraise/market our property and Belle was clearly the front runner in professionalism, advice, marketing plan. We also have to note that Brianna Dowling was a lovely admin person to deal with. She is very professional but also very approachable and helpful. Overall the Belle team was great to deal with and we had a really successful outcome. We know property market at the moment is very buoyant and sellers are achieving highly inflated prices for their property here in Adelaide, however, this would not have changed our decision to engage Belle as our selling agent. Phil's communication skills were outstanding. He did what he said he would do and more, whilst waiting to hear back on finance, we received daily updates . This was complimented by Belle support staff, the broker, and a very artistic photographer. Well done all.
