Dealing with Phil was a great experience as we had been looking at quite a few properties and Phil show us the property and both me and Tealiea was very excited about it it was over our budget so we did a bit of bargaining with the owners and Phil did his very best to come up with a price that we we’re happy with an we purchased it all through the sale of property Phil show us how professional and even when he went on holiday he still kept in touch so that everything went smoothly and came and seen us when we had move in to properties and gave us a gift voucher to a restaurant in Maryborough and it was a fantastic meal so I would definitely recommend Phil as a honest and professional real estate agent
