Phenomenal !!!

After 6mths and 2 different agents and being extremely disappointed and disheartened with no results, we decided 3rd time lucky and put our faith and trust into Phil's hands. From the start, he hit the ground running, having groups through before 1st open home.... 25 groups through in just over 4 weeks, some visiting 2-3 times!!!... His communication was exceptional, updates after each open home, and from follow phones calls... even well after normal close of business hours!!!..Our experience went from being extremely disappointed over a 6mths period to a fantastic result of being sold in just over 4 weeks....
