Phil and his team provide a service that encompasses everything a buyer or seller require and more. Phil is an excellent communicator. Information is provided in a time-sensitive manner and one is made to feel part of the information loop at all times. He is proactive. A patient listener. Phil understands that listening to a clients’ thoughts and feelings is important. You know he understands you and that is comforting. Phil puts his vendors first. His clients needs are definitely his top priority. At every stage of the process you are made to feel truly valued by Phil. When I was dealing with Phil I felt he was present with more than just information on the home or land. He understands the importance of the life surrounding the home; the property.
