Phil is a very pleasant and honest person to deal with. He had great communication skills and this is balanced with his frank but diplomatic choice of words. I have never questioned his integrity as we negotiated with many interested parties. Ultimately he encouraged parties to put up their best offers in order to entice our agreement.
