Wow, only 9 days on the market!! Can not thank our incredible agent, Phil enough! From start to finish, he made what we thought would be a stressful time such a breeze. We knew as soon as we met Phil he was the agent for us - he’s approachable, down to earth and committed to finding the right buyer at the right price. Phil had great communication throughout the process and was readily available to answer any questions we had along the way.
