Phil is a natural communicator, a straight up bloke that gets things done. The point of difference with Phil is his integrity, maybe it came from being a chef or Personal Trainer. Those are jobs which are all about the results not about slick sale talk - that is evident in his approach. As a Sunbury local and family man, he is really comfortable with the area and importantly understanding that it is not just another house, but it is home.
