We purchased a house from Mr. Phil Lin of Ray White in August this year. It has been three and a half months since then. Due to the regulations in Australia, the seller and the buyer cannot meet. Therefore, many of the house's facilities were confusing to the new owner, especially as the previous owner had installed many facilities that are not common in ordinary houses. After we moved in, we encountered problems. Fortunately, Mr. Phil Lin's after-sales service was excellent. One day, we got home late and found there was no hot water. We had no choice but to call Lin. He immediately gave up his rest and came over. It turned out that the gas water heater had stopped working. Not only did he help us light the gas, but he also taught us how to manage it. Today, when we were changing the flyscreen in the main bedroom's window, we found that we couldn't restore it. We are old and didn't know what to do, so we called Lin again. He came right away after work and helped us solve the problem. Such a warm and excellent after-sales service is something we have never seen before, and it really touched us deeply.
