Phil helped the reviewer sell this property

Very Professional Agent

Just a short note to tell you how pleased we were with the great result you achieved in the marketing and selling of our apartment. This exercise was definitely the best experience we have had in the buying and selling of property down through many years. We believe that this was due to the very professional way you, in particular, and your staff handled the exercise from open house to the successful final conclusion.
