As a first homebuyer, it can be daunting going through the process, but Phil was great. Very professional, helpful and responsive. You are often told to not trust real estate agents but you can trust Phil. He was genuinely thrilled when the vendor accept my offer and went over and beyond to achieve a mutually acceptable end. The only negative is that he needs to get better jokes lol.
