Phil began his career in both commercial and residential real estate before joining Harcourts Focus as a Karratha Property Specialist. He holds an Unrestricted Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice from the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia (REIWA) and, in 2022, obtained his Certificate of Registration as a Real Estate and Business Sales Representative from the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety (DMIRS). His credentials also include a Bachelor’s degree in Education, an Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management, a Diploma in Retail Leadership, and a Certificate IV in Retail Management. As a true local of Karratha, Phil is dedicated to providing exceptional service to his growing list of real estate clients. Exceeds our expectations

Phil Sazon is by far a standout in his field of work. As I do not live in Karratha any more selling our house was more stressful as we had to rely on our agent.
