He holds an Unrestricted Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice from the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia (REIWA) and, in 2022, obtained his Certificate of Registration as a Real Estate and Business Sales Representative from the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety (DMIRS). His credentials also include a Bachelor’s degree in Education, an Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management, a Diploma in Retail Leadership, and a Certificate IV in Retail Management. As a true local of Karratha, Phil is dedicated to providing exceptional service to his growing list of real estate clients. He works diligently to connect the right buyers with the properties that meet their needs. Phil is also a member of the Asset Management Council and has extensive experience in asset, facilities, and maintenance management, acquired through his work with large, multi-funded not-for-profit organizations and Aboriginal corporations in the Pilbara. Exceeds our expectations

Phil Sazon is by far a standout in his field of work. As I do not live in Karratha any more selling our house was more stressful as we had to rely on our agent. Phil really made it a positive process,with his willingness to go above and beyond what was required, resolving any issues that arose honestly and quickly was invaluable to us. Phil has a natural ability to understand the housing market and help us do what's needed for a good home open, which is a major reason we sold our house on the first home open.
