Phil acted as my agent on both the sale of my property and the purchase of another both in South West Rocks. On first meeting I found him to be friendly, positive and professional. During the course of both sale and purchase he kept me informed and there was never a moment where I was left ‘hanging’ or unsure as to progress of both transactions. Any enquiries or requests I had made of Phil were always dealt with promptly. He was able to instil confidence in me when I had doubts over my sale for which I thank him.
