I can’t recommend Phil Vanstone highly enough. My block of land was not an easy one to sell as the access was difficult and cost of building on the site would be high. Several of the big boys simply refused to take it on because, as everyone knows, they want easy sales that don’t require any work. Phil knows Church Point like the back of his hand, he lives there and is passionate about the beauty and future potential of the area, he was confident that he would eventually find someone who felt the same about my block. It did take a while and we had several disappointing drop outs when the difficulties and cost of building were ascertained but Phil remained optimistic throughout. Always bright and cheerful without being patronising he has the patience of a saint. We knew a lot of people would be interested in a well priced block of land on the creek there so he had to show it to them all and go through the same explanations time and time again. I had to deal with him for quite a long time and he was always courteous and easy to be around….. a very important asset in an Estate Agent I find and most important of all he has a quite and undetectable killer instinct also very important in an Estate Agent. I really couldn’t fault his approach and of course the final very successful sale proved him right.
