Phil was our first choice in selecting a agent in buying our new home in Alkimos, he has a great knowledge of the area and the current market, he listened to our wants and needs and found us the right property. The entire process was made easy, his team bent over backwards answering our questions, good communication skills and friendly attitude, Phil made us feel very special and highly recommend his services Sharon and Terry

Phil, Maria and their team assisted me with the purchase of a property in Alkimos, they have been a very professional, knowledgeable and caring team. Phil and Maria attended promptly to all my requests for information and access to the property for inspections and promptly arranged a couple of minor repairs required. I'm thankful for their support throughout the process and would consider engaging them for future purchases.

Phil and the team were absolutely amazing. They handled everything when it came to the selling of the property. Highly recommend them.

We moved to WA seven years ago from Tasmania and at that time did not know a sole . We reached out to Phil at Re-max and that’s where our journey began. The knowledge that Phil has of this area is impressive to say the least. Earlier this month we made the decision to sell our house and down size so we got in touch with Phil and in no time at all we Phil Maria & Laura have bee absolutely brilliant in the sale of our home & with the purchase of our new home Phil and his team at Re-max have been outstanding . So if you are thinking of selling your home forget the rest and employ the best . Phil Maria & Laura at RE-MAX you won’t be sorry.

Phil Wiltshire worked hard to achieve and exceed expectations. Professional, personable, helpful and very responsive, Phil is a great communicator and operates with integrity. Agent Jaimee Bentall was also a pleasure to work with who assisted during sale process. No hesitation in recommending either.

Phil worked extremely hard on the sales of our house to get us the price we wanted. Great service throughout the entire process. We couldn’t have asked for anything else. Highly recommend using Phil for the sale of your house.

Phil’s local knowledge, perfect marketing & service was how I believe I got the better than best sale price. He kept me updated & informed thru the process from start to finish. I did my research before I started & I know now why he’s the Local Top Agent. Best choice & highly recommend to anyone considering selling their property. And a really nice down to earth guy too !! Thank you PW

This is the second time we have dealt with Phil. We purchased this property of him 10 years ago. It was his in depth knowledge and professional service that he provided the first time that meant we wouldn’t be using anyone else this time. Phil is always positive, keeps you informed to what is going on, gives honest advice in preparing the property, is realistic and works hard to get you the best possible price for your property. All of this and the fact he has a team of people behind him that are just as professional and easy to deal with. They are a team that work just as hard in the background to make the sale so much easier.

Phil ( and his team) have been an absolute dream to deal with. We were in a tricky spot being in a different state and trying to buy a family home that would suit our very specific needs. From the very start, Phil was one of the very few agents that had in active interest in helping us achieve this. He was pro-active, had his finger on the pulse, was an exceptional communicater and made us feel like we had someone in our corner which is so valued when the market is so hot. It cannot be understated what an exceptional difference it makes to have an agent make the process as seamless and stress-free as possible. We achieved an amazing outcome and were able to secure a home that is great for us, at a price that was good for us and the seller. It is very easy to see why Phil is rated so highly in the area. He genuinely cares, is so helpful and his customer service is second to none. As a buyer (and a seller) I absolutely highly recommend him - it was evident he is very solution's focused and not afraid to work hard for results. We really struck lucky and can't wait to move into our new home. Genuinely, Phil (and Laura) we cannot thank you all enough!

Thanks to Phil and Maria we had a very quick sale which went through effortlessly, this allowed us to move on quicker than expected. Full credit to Maria and Phil for helping us to achieve this.
