Phil was extremely inviting and happy to accomodate us even though we had arrived at the end of the home open. He always answered any and all questions promptly wether on call or text message and we felt as though he was always advocating for us. Communication was great at all times and Josh did an excellent job making sure our home was ready to move into. The whole team at ReMax was awesome. What can we say words cannot describe what happened we signed the papers to sell the house and even before the photo shoot it was sold. Phil went out of his way with every thing even out of his pocket to pay a gardener to tidy the garden up. Phil is a very friendly and compassionate man .
