Phil was fantastic to deal with from start to finish. He went the extra mile to get the best price for our property. Communication was great throughout the entire process and nothing was too much trouble. Phil made the entire process of selling our property seamless and stress free. We highly recommend Phil as he goes above and beyond.

Phil was upfront, clear and down to earth when appraising and assisting us with our house sale. He gave us excellent and timely advice throughout to ensure everything went smoothly. He kept us on track with what we needed to do, and was always willing to answer our questions. His knowledge of the local housing market, marketing and buyer trends made such a huge difference to the outcome of our sale. We felt we were in safe hands with Phil and his team. Honest, reliable, went above and beyond to make the process as pain free as possible. Thank you again Phil!

The lads were great and went through everything with me very clearly and it all ran smoothly up to move in day.

Josh was great to deal with , always professional and could always give me an answer to my questions - returned my calls in a timely manner.

We have purchased and sold a property with Phil and Josh. Both men are extremely friendly, personable and professional. They have gone the extra mile for us both times. They make a happy, helpful and honest team. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to others or using them again in the future. Thank you Phil, Thank you Josh. It's been a pleasure. Take care and Merry Christmas to you and yours 😊

Phill was very professional and gave us sound advice.

Hi Phil, The below review is for your company and in particular Josh who managed my property for me. I called Josh Curtis regarding properties in the Mindari/Clarkson suburbs and described to him what was important to me in buying a property. He instantly understood my needs, forwarded details of a property to me which was exactly what I wanted. I signed the contract within a week. Josh and RE/MAX were professional, knowledgeable, super efficient and informative. When I had a hiccup with the bank and my loan on the week of settlement, Josh managed the situation with ease, kept all parties calm and in the loop and everything worked out as planned. I highly recommend RE/MAX and Josh Curtis to anyone looking for a wonderful Real Estate company to work with when buying or selling or renting their property. Best Regards Pauline Sharkey

Would recommend Phil. Professional and good communication and service.

We bought our house through Phil and Josh in January 2022. Their communication through the entire process was excellent and they were always happy to answer any questions we had. Josh was personable, friendly and went out of his way - including after hours - to assist us.

We have family who have sold or bought from Phil in the past and to us it was a no brained who to choose when selling our home. Phil is meticulous, upfront and clear, explaining things without any jargon. Phil truly cares about all parties involved and made selling our home (in the first 6 days!) a complete breeze. We will always appreciate how above and beyond he went for us and how patient he was in answering all our questions as first time sellers. We cannot recommend Phil enough and will definitely be using him again in the future! Thank you Phil!!!

Dear Phil and Josh, Thank you so much for your help with buying our first home. You made the process simple and easy to understand for us, and we appreciated your patience and expertise. Your insight was extremely valuable to us and I don't think we could have done this without you. we will be sure to recommend you guys and keep you in mind for the future when it comes to selling our home :)

My son purchased a property with Phil back in June 2022, he always responded to messages and took an interest in the kind of property he required, first time buying was made less stressful with Phil as he has great local knowledge, he secured the home for him within his budget. Forward to November 2022 and I was seeking a similar down sizer in the same area, contacted Phil who was able to show me 2 properties available and we commenced negotiations immediately, securing the perfect property at a fair price. Phil is attentive and contactable, he is involved through all stages of a sale to settlement. His sales partner Josh is professional and available at any time. I would recommend Phil and the team at Remax highly to any seller or purchaser.
