Phil is a really down to earth person. He has the buyers and sellers best interest at heart and knows what he is talking about. He is honest extremely reliable if he says he will call you or do something for you he always does and he does it when he says he will. Nothing is too much trouble for him and he is very knowledgeable about the areas you are looking at from schools down to shopping. For future reference don’t try the rest as Phil is the best.

I can’t praise Phil enough... he went above and beyond! He has a really good feel for the potential buyer, is accurate regarding information of the property and has excellent negotiation-skills. We all know the agent is there to facilitate the seller to sell their property, but Phil seems to be dedicated to make a match in every direction, not just to sell the property, but to find a good match for the buyer as well. I want to add that I had previously visited another property with Phil as the agent. I liked the house, but needed time to do some research. Not once Phil harassed me.

We’ve contacted Phil after our previous real estate agent failed to present us with even just one offer in 8 months. We were at the end of our wits, stressed, worried, hoping for a miracle and mortified at the prospect of said miracle not happening. Phil was very professional, full of ideas and optimistic that he can deliver. At no point however did he make us unrealistic promises. He offered us a realistic assessment of our situation and a clear outline of how he wants to proceed. 2 weeks after the first home open we’ve had an offer. Admittedly it wasn’t as high as we’d wished but considering that at that point the house has been on the market for more than 8 months and in this time it didn’t attract any offers whatsoever it was a fantastic outcome. We suspect that given more time Phil could have achieved a better price for us but we simply didn’t have that time and needed the house sold and that’s what Phil did. He also made the entire process as stress free and pleasant as possible under the circumstances, always there for us, providing us with regular updates and advice. We can’t fault him and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Our only regret is that we didn’t go with Phil from the start - it would have saved us many sleepless nights and a bucket of money.
