Phil was an absolute god send with his professionalism, honesty and knowledge during the sale of our house which threw up a fair few obstacles but he took it all in his stride and made the promise he would get us to settlement and that’s exactly what he did, he really did work above and beyond, even checked in whilst he was on holidays over Christmas with any updates to keep us in the loop. Phil was great. We had a not so straight forward situation but Phil talked us through every step so we knew what to expect and the best way to get the outcome that we were hopeful for. The home open situation I thought would be daunting but Phil discussed how the house should be presented from advertising to home open and was even there prior to those moments just to help get us out the door - between a kid and the family dog it had felt like a lot. Settlement timeframes was also a concern for us but again Phil discussed the best way to go about this that would suit the buyer and the seller and the communication that Phil and the team have is just amazing.
