What an amazing experience!!! We were absolutely impressed from the first meeting with Phil. Phil impressed us by his market knowledge, communication skills and engagement. For us English is a second language and we needed more time to understand everything what Phil wanted to communicate to us.... If you also have the language issues definitely call Phil!! Phil was so patient, so engaged, we couldn't believe that someone had so much good, positive energy to help us! Yes, to help us, not to sell the property. Phil sold our property so easily, so be sure you will have time to meet Phil as a person as well 😊. And we recommend to do it as it's great to have Phil in the friends group 😊.
