From the moment we meet Phil and his team, we received a warm welcome and outstanding service. He helped us to negotiate to get our dream house. Although we missed out on this property, it was only a few weeks later that we where notified off another house coming up for sale in the surrounding area. Again we got all the help we wanted and extra. This time around we successfully secured the home, and have almost reached the final stage.
