Excellent Experience

I honestly couldn’t recommend Phil highly enough. Buying a house can be such a stressful and overwhelming process, but Phil made the whole experience so much easier. He was always easy to deal with, responsive, honest and genuinely went above and beyond to help wherever he could. Maria was also absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. She was so attentive, helpful and always quick to respond whenever I had a question or needed something. Having someone so lovely and on top of everything made such a difference and I really appreciated all of her help. I never felt like just another buyer with Phil and Maria. They were both so approachable and supportive, and I always felt like they genuinely cared about making the process as smooth as possible. I’m so grateful to have had them both involved and absolutely love my new home in Butler. I’d definitely recommend Phil and Maria to anyone looking for an agent and team who actually care about their clients, not just making a sale!
