Hi . We have recently sold with Phil and his team and the process was made very easy and comfortable by his professional and attentive service. We had various valuations from Phil over number of years as were looking to move on a few times, and every time he was on the money with the local market and made things very clear about what we could expect to achieve at that time in the market. Eventually taking the plunge to go to market recently , he was very clear and helpful about the process . All down to the great communication and family friendly service which put us at ease straight away. Although we had a bit of a false start with a buyer who signed an offer, and subsequently pulled out costing us a few vital weeks on the market and home opens, Phil was great throughout and ever helpful going the extra mile to help us get back to market and get the offer across the line that we were looking for. I would not hesitate in using Phil and his team again for selling and / or searching for the right property to purchase in the future. Further to that we have recommended him to friends who are also selling now and are very happy about the service he is providing them, and the attention to detail he has with dealing with there needs in selling and also assisting with the search for there next property .
