The most easy going real estate agent i have ever met.

I initially contacted Phil as I was looking for a property in the Butler area and having had a look I couldn't find anything that was suitable. I told Phil exactly what i was looking for and within a few day's I received a call from him saying he had a property that would suit what I was looking for and it wasn't even advertised as yet. And it was perfect. Phil was so easy to deal with, he is very easy going and not a pushy sales man. I would not hesitate in recommending him to anyone who is looking to buy or sell.
