We would never had bought our brilliant Perth retreat except for the foresight and brilliance of Phil and Maria. We were in the need of another home in Perth and we found it really hard to buy one. When we contacted Phil he was extremely helpful in suggesting we look at our new home. Phil and Maria were always willing to help with any questions we had.
