Having looked around for a property for around 8 months, and talking to various agents, I felt that Phil was the most helpful agent to me. Not pushy just looking for the sale, but very knowledgeable about the area, noting what I wanted. He was very open about the properties I looked at and didn't ask pushy questions. When it came to the time to make a deal, he was totally realistic, not rude (like a lot of others) about my offer and talked to the sellers quickly and reasonably. The deal was done within a day. Everyone was happy. I would 100% recommend Phil and his assistant Josh to anyone looking to buy in the areas around Butler.
