Phil helped the reviewer sell this property

Efficient & professional

When I first met Phil, he put me at ease straight away and filled me with confidence. He explained what needed to be done before photos were to be taken, the approx. length of time he felt for selling my property through to settlement. He was always positive, explaining what was needed to be done clearly and I always felt the communication back and forth was excellent and prompt. He remained professional throughout my journey always making sure I was kept up to date with proceedings. I found Phil to be extremely knowledgeable about the sale of properties and the market information within my area. I was absolutely amazed that he managed to get perspective buyers through the property before the photos were taken and the house was advertised. Phil achieved a fantastic outcome with my home selling within days of signing up. Thank you, Phil, and your team for such a quick sale and settlement. I have no hesitation in recommending Phil and his team.
