Phil was the selling agent from the new home we purchased and we couldn’t have asked for a better agent to deal with. He helped us out a lot, was so approachable and any query we had was answered in a timely manner. Everything on his end was done on time with the utmost professionalism. We also received a lovely gift awaiting settlement and everything was smooth sailing.
