Great, honest communication throughout

Phil kept me updated on the progress of my purchase every step of the way. I felt he was honest and clear at all times which made for realistic expectations. He explained the process and what I needed to do and also liaised with my mortgage broker when required. Phil’s fun personality meant we built an immediate rapport. Laura managed the email communications and was always quick to respond and answer any questions. Maria was involved during the final inspection. There were a few hiccups and she was very helpful and helped to resolve issues quickly. Her attention to detail was appreciated, so we felt every part of the inspection was thorough and nothing was missed. I would highly recommend this team to anyone buying or selling.
