To start off the campaign it was was imperative to market the property correctly to help achieve the best possible result, Phil was very honest , open , transparent & on point with the where our home sat in the market, it is clear Phil has an extensive knowledge of the peninsula & this went a long way to securing a fantastic result on auction day.
