In January 2015 I decided to sell my property in Vickie Court Rosebud. Having been in Real Estate for 8 years myself, I pretty well knew what I wanted in an agent and what it takes to sell a property as quickly as possible and with as little fuss. The biggest issue I had was that I live in North Queensland and couldn't physically meet the agents at the market appraisals. Like most people I decided I would chat to three agents who I believed held biggest market share in the area, then book flights and travel down to Melbourne to meet them before picking one to use as my sales agent.
