I found Phil to be honest in his dealings with us but the delays in the settlement and the condition the house was left in put a bad taste to this deal. I don't personally hold Phil to account for the delays as it was clear that the vendor was a difficult client but would encourage Hocking Stuart to being more forthright to their sellers on the condition they should leave their homes in.

We had Grant, Phillip & Lorraine from Hockingstuart Rosebud handle the sale of our property at 25 Wilson Street, Rosebud. On the advice from Grant and the team we decided to auction after a 30 day advertising and open for inspection program. I would like to say we are very pleased with the way that Grant and his team handled all of the open for inspection days and the way they went about the advertising of the property.
