Philip was pleasant to deal with from the first inspection. He was extremely genuine and happy to tell us about some small cons to the property and the many positives without us having to dig. Throughout the sales process he was easy to contact, prompt and straight forward and we ended up with a price and contractual arrangement we were all happy with.

Stressful sale during market downturn made smooth

We had a great experience buying from Phil 5 years ago so were happy to engage him as our selling agent when came the time for us to upgrade to a larger home. Phil has great knowledge of the area, is strategic, pragmatic and easy to work with. He was very understanding when we decided to hold off selling for approx 1 year, provided advice when we were in the market to buy before selling, and helped us prep our house beautifully before putting it on the market. When we eventually were in a position to sell, the market had started declining and our strategy needed to change accordingly. He managed our expectations, provided sound advice, and ultimately managed on securing a price that we would have been happy with pre-downturn. Highly recommend Phil to anyone in the area looking to sell and will be looking at engaging him again when we’re ready for our next upgrade.
