Phillip and his team are great to deal with, his knowledge of the market and marketing methods are first rate and will work with you to get the desired results. For me he suggested that an off market campaign for the house would work best and that suited my needs perfectly and it worked extremely well with the house being sold quite quickly and for a price that i was very happy with.

We (buyer) found it impossible to contact Phillip, the only way was to call the office and request he call us. Once the offer was submitted I was only able to reach Phillip once when I left a phone message. He replied by text and said his assistant Eulises would help. We didn't receive contact for three days and had to call again. Eulises was pushy and rude, he'd make a good used car salesperson. After settlement we got in contact with the seller to resolve some outstanding issues due to storms. The seller had the exact same feedback for the team and said he had a foul taste in his mouth after dealing with both of them. The only saving grace was the receptionist who was polite and helpful.
