Philip was very good to start with but took people through that did have the finance and found that very disappointing when a contract was signed and settlement when through did not hear from him again very disappointed he had another one of his associated phone me and not kept contact since after I have phoned him a few times was supposed to collect the keys to the house and have not heard from them

Because of unforeseen circumstances it took more than 2 years to finally sell our house. Non of which were due to lack of effort or anything else to do with Philips team. Towards the last 6 months we were introduced to Eddie, Eddie ( a member of Philip's team) went all out to work with perspective buyers, he kept us informed, he was always there to answer any questions and in the end we think it was due to Eddie's EXTRA effort that sealed the deal.
