Philip undertook a marketing program for a property at the upper end of the local market. The very first people (prospects) that viewed the property were interested in purchasing, however had their own financial challenges in completing the purchase. Over a period of 4-5 mths during which the market had significantly turned with regards to buyer interest, Philip continued to patiently liaise with the prospects following through and keeping in touch with their own particular issues, to a stage where they were ready to make an offer on the property. Without his tenacity in continuing to align the buyers with the vendors during increasingly challenging economic circumstances, the sale would not have been achieved.
