This was a long and complicated process, and ultimately the house that I sold was very different to the house I first showed Philip. I completed a major renovation project on the house, and Philip's guidance was vital all along the way. He has a quiet and unassuming manner, but is deeply knowledgeable about the Coffs Coast market, and he inspired trust throughout the time we worked together. I never had any reason to doubt his advice, and I was very happy with the outcome. I would imagine that he takes equal care of purchasers.
