I have bought and sold a few properties in my time so I have a pretty fair idea of what to expect from an estate agent and Williams Batters delivered in spades. Philippe nailed the selling price in an estimate which although $50,000 above the next best quote was the price which was ultimately obtained and the fees were extremely competitive. Importantly, I was at no stage put under any pressure to accept a lower amount after the property was passed in and I thought the negotiations were handled with aplomb.
