Phil came to me with an abundance of local knowledge and hungry to do business. He initially found rental tenants for the property and delivered exactly what he promised. When things changed for us and we decided to sell the property, he was our first choice. He kept us up to date through every step of the campaign, and settled our nerves as we approached the big day.
