Belle Property provided advice and service for the auction sale of our house. Detailed updates were provided by the Belle sales team after each open day along with buyer feedback and estimations on a sale price. The advertising approach was changed the week before the auction by adding a price guide to the home advertising based on buyer feedback from home inspections. This generated more interest from potential buyers and the auction date was extended by 1 week. This sales approach succeeded as there was more interest from buyers that resulted in 4 registered buyers on auction day with a successful sale at our reserve price $200,000 above the advertised price guide.
