Review of Phil Allison from Belle Property

Phil Allison initially came to our attention as a result of an internet search we conducted of successful agents in the suburb in which our property was located. He was subsequently engaged following competitive interviews with three other agents. Phil came to the interview prepared with documentation relating to sales of similar properties in the local area and demonstrated that he was the right person for the job. It was this characteristic that ultimately convinced us to contract Belle Property to act as our agent. At all times during the lead-up to the sale of our property by auction, Phil kept us informed of all facets of the process and offered candid advice when needed.
