Dealt almost solely with Chris. He was very friendly and helpful throughout. They were definitely one of the best agents we dealt with throughout our home search. We offered before auction at which point Chris did his due diligence with other potential buyers. The process was very streamlined and transparent. We managed to negotiate at a slightly higher price than offered. After that everything was smooth and he accommodated a couple of extra inspections so we could measure etc. I have taken 1 star off as I still believe the property was significantly underquoted but this is more of a comment on the industry/area as it seemed to be the norm throughout our search.
