Phil has helped us for almost 15 years in buying, renting out and selling our house - like a trustworthy companion. His knowledge of the local market is seemingly endless as he has worked the area for so long. He is a true people person and understands the needs and desires of both vendors, buyers and tenants not to mention all the legals and financials. We are very grateful of the extra effort he puts in, guiding us through every step. Selling or buying a house is often a stressful and complex process but with Phil around it all just seems to go to plan and instead becomes a wonderful experience where you can just focus on your new home.

It is hard to put our experience of working with Phil into words. He was the person who sold us our 1876 sandstone cottage in 2010, and at the time, we were impressed by his kind and down-to-earth approach. Fourteen years later, he seemed the perfect choice when we had to sell our beloved home. It was a very difficult, and hence emotional, decision for us, given the blood-sweat-and-tears we had invested in restoring the old girl. Phil recognised and respected both us and the house with sensitivity and integrity. He did a wonderful job managing the home opens and potential buyers, and the auction itself was handled with perfect integrity. I never thought such a difficult decision could be turned into such a positive experience - but Phil did it. Thank you so much Phil. You are the absolute best.

Phillip Clarke was amazing and professional all the way. At the beginning he came with a clear and well put together presentation. He new the market extremely well and offered expert advice as to what the asking price should be. He went well beyond the call of duty in many ways. As we were overseas during most of the campaign, he agreed to deal with the various renovations required to ensure that the apartment presented at its best. He coordinated on our behalf the new carpet laying, plumber, electrician. His communication skills were outstanding. He responded to all our emails the same day, often within hours and even in the evenings. He accomplished every task he said he would in the most timely manner.
