While I appreciate that the Agent acts in the best interests of the vendor we felt that Phil was realistic, honest and genuinely trying to match vendor and purchaser. There was no pressure and he was willing and supportive in helping us evaluate the property and our needs. He organised after hours inspections for us quickly.
