Absolutely amazing

It is hard to put our experience of working with Phil into words. He was the person who sold us our 1876 sandstone cottage in 2010, and at the time, we were impressed by his kind and down-to-earth approach. Fourteen years later, he seemed the perfect choice when we had to sell our beloved home. It was a very difficult, and hence emotional, decision for us, given the blood-sweat-and-tears we had invested in restoring the old girl. Phil recognised and respected both us and the house with sensitivity and integrity. He did a wonderful job managing the home opens and potential buyers, and the auction itself was handled with perfect integrity. I never thought such a difficult decision could be turned into such a positive experience - but Phil did it. Thank you so much Phil. You are the absolute best.
