We met with Phil and Ash approximately a year before we decided to put our property on the market and everytime we met with them they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, made great suggestions to help us get sale ready however, were never pushy. Our house went on the market and sold in 2 weeks! We were always kept up to date on all inspections and were always provided with feedback. This is our second time selling a house with Phil & Ash. Super happy once again.
