Highly professional and reliable

Having scouted agents prior to Phillip, what was first noticeable was his professionalism. 35 degree day? Doesn't matter, dresses in full suit. Had some agent from purple brick rock up in thongs and a mumu dress, looked like she had just woken up after a -long- night. Phillip did everything he could to ensure I would get the maximum value for my house, and I did. He handled everything with care and was always in contact with updates - everything you would expect from a top agent. Highly recommend

Phil has an excellent knowledge of the local area, he knows the values, recent sales and has a strong database to draw from. We really appreciated his up front manner and willingness to work hard to obtain a great result for us. I was recommend to Phil by someone that I only knew for a very brief time. So when I contact him I was a little reserved and pessimistic. However after one meeting I was convinced that Phil was the agent to use to sell my home. He is hard working, reliable and made the whole process a whole easily. Most importantly I found he was very approachable and made me feel very comfortable. The only thing that I would of like for him to do was follow up with me a bit more after the sale was done.
