Awesome agent

I found Phillip to be a very approachable agent and extremely easy to contact. He worked extremely hard within all aspects of his allowable limits to get the best end result achievable. When we spoke he spoke to me in terminology that I understood as he knew we had know idea about buying and selling property. Phillip was very easy to get along with and we would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone.
