A Licensed Real Estate Agent, Auctioneer and Accredited National Trainer with a family background in Building and Architecture, Phillip has always been dedicated to the principles of Professional Property Services. From the outset he sought "to be highly professional and lead by results", which Phillip has achieved through sheer determination, dedication and hard work.
Phillip was the first Maroubra Real Estate Agent to introduce Advanced Computer Technology to every day office operations and focused on innovative marketing practices and database management before others picked up the trend.
Phillip has had many personal appointments, by many leading Companies, such as Westpac, TAB, Public Trustee, Perpetual Trustee, Commonwealth Bank, Meriton, Mirvac and many local & major Developers.
His Property & Project Development Division is remarkably powerful, selling almost every Development in Maroubra Junction. Developments include; Crystal Views, Tara Pacific, Margaret Place, Il Paradiso, The Arch, Chrisman Court, among many.
As a local resident, Phillip enjoys continued support & involvement in his area, sponsoring local football clubs such as Maroubra United Soccer Club, Mascot Jets Football Club as well as many local charities.
